The stellar music department of James Allen’s Girls’ School, famous for its connections to Holst and Vaughan Williams, presents its annual choral and orchestral concert, showcasing the breadth and depth of its music-making.

The typically eclectic programme features a wide range of works from across the musical spectrum, including Vivaldi’s rarely heard Magnificat, performed here (as he intended) with soloists drawn from the girls in the choir.
