Join artist, Abigail Lagden, to create you own fabric sculpted journal design. You will learn all the basic fabric sculpting techniques, and will use fabrics, embellishments and a fabric hardener to decorate the cover of an A5 hard-backed journal, creating stunning textures and designs. Once your project has been dried you will use a dry brushing technique to really enhance the fabric texture and surface detail, using colour and shading. The exact design will be up to you and your imagination, but examples will be available for inspiration and design guidance. All materials will be provided and your journal will be ready to take home with you at the end of the session. No experience is necessary just bring your imagination. An apron and gloves will be provided, however, please wear old clothes that you don't mind getting messy. This is a workshop for adults, but is suitable for age 12+ too.
