Two writers talk about their new novellas that transport readers into dangerous corners of the North. Turbine 34 by Katherine Clement is an utterly contemporary folk-horror tale set on Walshaw Moor while Good Boy by Neil McRoberts is a profoundly moving piece, has been praised by Stephen King no less as an excellent story. Reminded me of people like MR James.
