Kidnap

After a successful run with Gilded Balloon at the Edinburgh Fringe 2025, Kidnap , a must-see show ( The Scotsman ), by a superb storyteller ( Get Your Coats On ), is returning to London.
Based on the true story of Samias own kidnap to Saudi Arabia as a child, the show is a dark, challenging and defiantly funny exploration of multiculturalism, domestic abuse, having a disabled sibling, and how kidnap can involve a swimming pool.
The show is supported by the charity Sibs, BBC Comedy Collective and Funny Women, and has been developed with directorial support from Gareth Edwards ( Mitchell and Webb Are Not Helping, Spaced, Upstart Crow ).
