Kishi Bashi marks the 10th anniversary of his acclaimed album ‘Sonderlust’ with a special live performance, bringing this deeply personal record to the stage in full.

Written at a time of creative and personal reckoning, Sonderlust emerged from a period of searching. Stepping away from the intricate violin loops that had defined his earlier work, Kishi Bashi turned instead toward vintage synths, warmer textures, and a more open, vulnerable sound. The result is an album that feels both intimate and expansive - a meditation on love, desire, and what it means to connect.

Revisiting the music a decade on has been, in his own words, ‘a surprisingly emotional experience.’ Listening back to the original demos, he rediscovered the strength of those first instincts - ‘a reminder to always bet the farm on my musical ideas.’

This anniversary performance offers a rare opportunity to experience Sonderlust in its entirety, reimagined for the stage - a chance to step back into that moment of transformation, and to hear the songs as works shaped by time.
