After a brief absence, KITES return with their first major heading this year. KITES are an alt/indie rock band based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and are best described as a potent cocktail of grunge-tainted indie rock - emanating nostalgia while pushing the boundaries of the genre. KITES are joined by a trio of great local bands: Cherry Blur, Park View, and Spilt Milk. 100% of the proceeds from this gig will be donated to Mind Matters Charity, helping support mental health initiatives.
