Her first English language album in 2001 gained her international popularity, reaching No. 1 in the US Heatseeker chart and scoring the hit song 'I Will Love Again'. She continued touring across Europe and America and set up an ambitious project called 'Mademoiselle Zhivago', sung in 4 languages and written in collaboration with a Russian composer, creating tremendous success in Eastern and Northern Europe.
