This free civic event marks the formal appointment of the new Lord Mayor and Sheriff of Southampton for the year ahead.
The ceremony will also include the announcement of the City of Southampton Award and the Business Success Award.
Doors open in advance. All guests must be seated by 10.50am for a prompt start at 11am.
All are welcome to attend.
