In this talk, Lord Woolley will address how we can seek to increase diversity and representation of minoritised groups. He will also talk about his background growing up in Leicester, to founding Operation Black Vote, and becoming Principal at Homerton College, University of Cambridge. This lecture is part of the Bishop of Leicester's Chaplaincy lecture series in partnership with De Montfort University and funded by a generous legacy from the Very Reverend Derek Hole.

There will be time for a Q&A with Lord Woolley, and refreshments will be available after the lecture.
