Talk by Professor John Spicer, School of Biological and Marine Sciences, University of Plymouth Gigantism in marine animals, such as sea spiders and amphipod shrimp, is a common feature in the deep sea and Antarctic waters. In this talk we’ll explore the challenges of studying such amazing creatures in Antarctica. We’ll see why such studies are critical for understanding how marine life will be impacted in our warming world.
