Spoiled by their upbringing and with no idea what wildlife is really like, four animals from New York Central Zoo escape, unwittingly assisted by a quartet of mischievous penguins, and find themselves shipwrecked on the exotic island of Madagascar, among a bunch of merry lemurs led by the outrageous King Julien. This great family comedy is brought to the stage by the talented youngsters of New Youth Theatre Juniors as the four animals discover it really IS a jungle out there!!!
