Something needs to happen. Theres something I should do, something I should understand, something I should start. I dont know what it is yet. But I know when I do it It will be beautiful. Inspired by true stories of the Portuguese fascist dictatorship, Tales from our revolution is a visual puppetry show for hopeless times. Inspired by poems of the time, and scored throughout with music of the revolution, this show honours the poets, activists and everyday people that help topple fascism, exploring the power of the individual within its community. Created by Made by Raccoons, accompanied by the live music of Frankie Insley, this is a show reminding us of the importance of caring for one another through hard times and a testament to the revolutionary potential of ordinary people.
