Manchester Collective, Lintd

‘time to lower ourselves into
The potent potential of an
Electric evening
Beckoning us to magic’
The White Hotel are proud to present the resumption of our fallen love affair with Manchester Collective after a two-year hiatus. String quartet, flute and electric guitar will grace the Salford stage once again as a part of Lights & Places; a programme of electric works from contemporary composers playfully pushing the classical music form.
Works from Anna Meredith, Jocelyn Campbell, Alex Groves and Erollyn Wallen will be presented on the evening alongside French composer Mathis Saunier’s HYPER MEMORIA; a dystopic musical drama staged within an immersive lighting environment and Saunier himself joining the Collective on electric guitar
Opening the programme is TWH’s in-house record label {HEAD II} alumni, LINTD, a fittingly charismatic and peerless performer continuing his exploration of a contemporary Black Gothic.
