Rugby School's Department of Theatre and Performing Arts together with Macready Theatre present: Monologue Shakespeare Slam The year has been a glorious one for our LAMDA students and their teachers. Record results have been achieved and the Monologue Shakespeare Slam is the opportunity for some of the best monologues to be performed in a gentle spirit of competition. Taking on excerpts from The Bard's most noteworthy plays, as well as those lesser-known, Rugby School's Theatre and Performing Arts students will each showcase their chosen monologue with clarity, intention and emotional depth.
