Co-founded by vocalist Tara Rez and musician Andy Thierum in 2001, The Duel has built a reputation as a tenacious force in the UK punk and post-punk scene. Known for their DIY ethos and a unique blend of punk, post-punk, and electronic elements, The Duel pushes boundaries while staying true to their rebellious roots. With Andy stepping back due to health challenges, Tara continues as a solo act, delivering the band's signature energy with live guitar, sequenced layers, and a sound that's as raw as it is inventive.
