Who we are★
At MIM, we guide you to uncover your natural rhythm, engaging you with various electronic music genres that highlight percussion, BPM (beats per minute), and innovative song structures. From House and Garage to Afrobeats and Drum & Bass, our emphasis is on the drum, offering you a rich musical experience.
How it works★
The human body possesses a natural rhythm, evident in our heartbeat, breathing, and hormonal cycles. Stress can disrupt this rhythm, but by rediscovering it through music and movement, we can release stress and restore balance. Our neuroscience-backed method incorporates various tempos with a focus on percussion, starting slow and gradually picking up the pace. Our instructors will guide you through specific exercises targeting different body points, shown to regulate the nervous system and release tension and emotions, leaving you feeling calm and centered.
What to bring
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Please bring a yoga mat (or something similar) and a bottle of water, and you'll be all set to groove!
