Mullova Plays Mozart

Internationally acclaimed violinist Viktoria Mullova makes her eagerly awaited debut with The Mozartists in two of Mozart’s most popular concertos.
This programme of works composed in 1775 continues Ian Page’s highly acclaimed MOZART 250 series which follows Mozart’s life, work and influences in chronological sequence across a 27-year span, and it also features an infectiously exuberant and beautifully crafted symphony by Haydn and a typically zany symphony by C.P.E. Bach.
6.15pm: Pre-concert talk Conductor Ian Page gives a talk discussing the evening’s repertoire (in the auditorium, free to ticket holders).
