For those culinary experts amongst you, youll know this means lost of ways of interpreting one flavour - and the delightful Sophie (wife of the great Ben Holder) - being fluent in French, Spanish and German will sing some of the most gorgeous French songs (Chanson). Expect melodies like I Wish You Love, 'La Vie en Rose, 'Je Ne Regret and Charles Trenets BOUM. The whole show will be laced with classics from Spain, USA and Germany. Ben will be playing predominantly piano with a touch of violin, Paul Jefferies adds rhythmic bottom end on bass and there will be drums! Wear your beret!!
