NEXT TO NORMAL is an electrifying Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning rock musical that boldly explores themes of love, grief, mental illness and what it means to be ‘normal’. At its heart is Diana Goodman, a suburban wife and mother living with bipolar disorder and haunted by her past. As her symptoms worsen and successful treatment remains elusive, Diana struggles to connect with her ambitious, anxious teenage daughter and her devoted husband.
