Curious about volunteering in a beautiful historic garden? Join us for a free gardening volunteer taster session at Oakwell Hall Country Park and see what our friendly gardening group gets up to.

This relaxed session is a chance to meet the team, try out a few light gardening tasks, and find out if volunteering with us is right for you.

No experience is needed just an interest in being outdoors and giving it a go.

An introduction to the gardens and volunteer roles
Gentle, handson gardening activities
The opportunity to ask questions and meet other volunteers

You can take part at your own pace, with support throughout, and no obligation to continue after the session.
