The Omar Puente Charanga Jazz Sextet is built with one purpose, to make you move. Blending infectious original compositions with vibrant new arrangements of traditional Cuban favourites, the band fuses the elegance of charanga with fiery Afro-Cuban rhythms and the sophistication of modern jazz.

Expect soaring violin melodies, driving percussion, rich brass textures and deep dancefloor grooves. From the first note to the final encore, this is high-energy, feel-good music that never fails to get audiences on their feet.
