Capella Edina and the One City Trust invite you to a special free-to-attend concert that explores the many musical faces of Scotland as they take you on a journey from Malcolm Arnold’s Four Scottish Dances and Max Richter’s score for the film Mary Queen of Scots to James MacMillan’s reflective Larghetto for Orchestra.

Rising-star violinist Andrea Cicalese will join the orchestra for Bruch’s Scottish Fantasy, the evening’s radiant centrepiece, which draws richly on Scottish traditional music.

A special Scottish Act with Pipes and Drums celebrates community and shared heritage in stirring style.
