Osp Presents: Firefriend (bra) + Echoes Of Distant Stars

Following two previous sold out London shows for OSP, Other Side Promotions now present the triumphant return of Brazilian psych pioneers Firefriend!
With special guests, Echoes Of Distant Stars.
Firefriend:
Firefriend began shaping their own blend of heavy, hypnotic psychedelia, space rock, and shoegaze when Julia Grassetti and Yury Hermuche met in 2005 in São Paulo, Brazil. Over the following two decades, the band built a reputation for intense live performances and prolific studio output, releasing twelve LPs across the United States and the United Kingdom, with labels Little Cloud Records (US) and Cardinal Fuzz (UK).
In 2025 the band completed a six-date England run in support of their latest releases, FUZZ and BLUE RADIATION, which included a headline performance at the London Other Side Psych Weekender.
The band have built a dedicated audience in the UK. Highlights include two performances at the renowned Fuzz Club Festival in Eindhoven in 2019 and full UK tours in 2023 & 2025.
Echoes Of Distant Stars:
Echoes of Distant Stars are a Psychedelic Space Rock band from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Formed in early 2025, the band blends influences from kosmiche, prog rock, folk and psych. In parts delicate and melodic, in others heavy and cacophonous, other parts weird and ethereal, the three piece of Alex Johnston (Drums), Tom Astley (Guitar), and Dave Molnar (Bass) have brought to life a panoply of long-form, semi-improvised concept pieces.
Debut album ‘Tower of Echoes’ explores two worlds through two all-encompassing 21-minute tracks. Anomos navigates the brutal binaries of a planet of rock and sand, desolate but for the ghosts that hover just above the plains. Archon navigates the dark pathways around the Tower of Echoes, a space in which folk stories, myths and secrets stalk the landscape. Through thundering drums, melodic bass motifs, and whorling fuzz-laden guitar, Echoes of Distant Stars take the listener on a sonic trip through space. The album was released via Weird Beard (UK) and Echodelick Records (US)
In 2026, Echoes of Distant Stars have supported Helicon, Myrrors, Dead Sea Apes, Sunset Images and Julie’s Haircut.
Presented by Other Side Promotions.
This is an 18+ event. This venue has a strict No ID, No entry Policy. Physical government photo ID required, we do not accept photos or copies of ID’s.
