Outdoor Learning, Home Education Group: Animal Adaptations

An Outdoor Learning Group for families home educating, with children 5 - 10 years old.
These sessions include structured learning activities to increase awareness and understanding of the natural environment around us
A parent or guardian must accompany all children, are expected to remain responsible for their children throughout the session, and to encourage them to participate in the structured activities, to get the most out of the sessions.
Thursday 22nd May, 1.30 - 3.30pm Animal Adaptations
In this session we will:
Follow an activity trail to experiment how different bird's beaks are adapted to their different food sources
make felt birds
use leaves and petals in happa zome
minibeast safari
9 per child. A sibling discount is available.
Younger siblings 2-4yrs are welcome 4 and siblings under 2 are free.
