Pájaros Vampiro

Pájaros Vampiro is a Mexican alternative rock band driven by a DIY ethos, set to perform at Primavera Sound 2026, further solidifying their growing presence within the global independent circuit.
In 2025, they released their debut album SE HACE ASÍ, touring more than 26 states across Mexico in support of the record. Throughout their career, they have opened for The Drums and shared stages with Boom Boom Kid, Carolina Durante, and Bestia Bebé, strengthening their footprint within the Ibero-American scene.
In 2024, they were featured on the soundtrack of the Netflix film La Gran Seducción. In 2026, the band will embark on a tour across the United Kingdom, France, and Spain, reaffirming both their rapid growth and their commitment to the live experience.
Pájaros Vampiro began when Hugo and Abraham, just 17 years old at the time, started making music between skate sessions and rounds of Rock Band. Shortly after, Edi joined on guitar to record Miedo y Deseo, their first EP, tracked in a home studio. The release was raw, urgent punk - songs about growing up in the largest city in the world and feeling angry without fully knowing why.
That early material allowed them to tour independently and share stages with the Mexican punk bands they once admired. Their second EP, Buscando Rebeldía, produced by Toño Montes (Los Románticos de Zacatecas), marked a turning point: shifting from accidental lo-fi to a deliberate sonic identity. From there, Pájaros Vampiro evolved beyond being seen as teenage punks and began drawing attention from specialized media, establishing themselves as one of the most compelling emerging acts of their generation.
Now with a sharper sound and an increasingly defined identity, Pájaros Vampiro shows no signs of slowing down. 2026 finds them expanding, touring relentlessly, and taking SE HACE ASÍ to new territories. This isn’t a future promise - it’s a band fully in motion.
