Rugby School Music Department present: Piano Chamber Concert Experience an afternoon of exceptional piano performance in the Memorial Chapel, in the first of our lunchtime Chamber Concerts. Featuring some of Rugby School's most talented pianists, this concert showcases piano composition at its peak. We travel from the romantic depths of Chopins Ballade no.3 and the poignant Tristesse Etude, to the impressionistic brilliance of Ravels Jeux d'eau and his Sonatine. Rachmaninoffs Prelude in G sharp minor shimmers with elegance, and Liszts breathtaking Feux follets, innovative and almost hypnotic.
