We are delighted to invite you to Queer Set-dancing facilitated by Alexa Moore in partnership with the MAC and The Rainbow Project.. Come along to our Queer Set Dancing on Thursday evenings (check the dates) from 6:30-8:30pm. This class is specifically beginner-friendly and there's no expectation of any prior dancing experience. The class is run by a queer woman. We aim to create a welcoming and friendly environment for LGBTQIA+ people. and allies to learn set dancing, have some fun and meet new people. Alexa Moore is a human rights activist and set-dancer from Newry. She began set dancing in 2013 and is passionate about keeping the dance alive by expanding it to new people and communities. In her day job, she works on human rights issues relating to Brexit, the Protocol, and other issues in NI.
