Kourosh Kanani and Matt Davies made their debut release as a duo earlier this year with their take on a Kurdish lullaby Lay Laye featuring Amena, a multi-lingual singer and composer from Cairo, Egypt. A deeply evocative voice rooted in the traditions of the great Egyptian vocalists.
