The release comes alongside the announcement of her highly anticipated debut album, LONDON, WHEN ARE U GONNA FEEL LIKE HOME?, due later this year via Bridge The Gap, which will be presented at OMEARA this September. \- Raquel Martins is a London-based Portuguese singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer who blends Latin-infused alternative soul with elements of Brazilian music, alternative jazz, and lo-fi indie. Her music explores themes of identity, human connection, and her experiences as a cultural immigrant. In addition to her solo work, Martins has worked as a session and touring guitarist for various established artists. In January 2025, she started her debut album campaign with the single "I WANNA LIVE NEXT TO THE SEA". She will also perform at Campus Jazz - Universidade de Aveiro Jazz Festival on May 9th.
