ANTONIO DE INNOCENTIS
Born in Naples, Antonio gave his first concert in 1980 and since then he has played throughout Europe and the USA. He was the first guitarist to perform the entire 24 Caprices by Paganini in a single concert. Following a performance at the Old Malthouse Music Society the concert organiser wrote: This guitarist is world class, of that there can be no doubt.
In October 1999 Antonio performed in John Duartes 80th birthday concert. Four years later he played the composers A Tudor Fancy in Norwich along with Joaquin Rodrigos Fantasia para un Gentilhombre. In 2019, together with his daughter Fiammetta, a singer, he took part in the John Duarte Birthday Centenary Concert in London.
Antonio has recorded seven CDs for Fiammant Records, one for dotGuitar and two for Brilliant Classics.
