Featuring evocative melodies, soulful vocals, and the transporting sound of the bouzouki and baglamas, the music highlights the songs born from migration, longing, resilience, and everyday life. Blending poignant Smyrnaic traditions with the later urban styles of Piraeus and Athens, the performance celebrates rebetiko as both a historical voice of a people and a living art form that continues to move listeners across generations today.
