The talk will be based on his latest book, The Path More Travelled. In this book, Nicholas explores the coast-to-coast web of Britain's footpaths - Starting with the stone age paths walked by migrants 12,000 years ago to the industrial revolution to the birth of the bicycle, car and walking apps. Along the way he takes the reader along some of his most memorable walks and calls for people to rediscover this most fundamental part of our landscape
