Royal Academy of Music Lunchtime Concerts at The Goods Shed - Duo Tnwen Flute & Harp

Our first Royal Academy of Music Lunchtime Concert for 2027 at the Good Shed - Friday 22nd January 2027 at 1.00pm
Duo Tnwen: Ruby Howells (flute), Bonnie Scott (harp)
Introduction from Nicola Mutton, Director of Artistic Planning, Royal Academy of Music
"It is my great pleasure to bring some of the Academys exceptional student performers to this lunchtime concert series in Tetbury. Over the course of the year, more carefully curated concerts will showcase the diverse talents of our students, who represent a wide range of nationalities and cultural backgrounds".
Although Duo Tnwen was created in 2020, flautist Ruby Howells and harpist Bonnie Scott have known each other since childhood.
With a particular passion for performing works by female, underrepresented, and global majority composers, Duo Tnwen have performed in venues such as Regent Hall, Kenwood House, and Senate House, and are fast establishing themselves as an in-demand chamber duo. They will be making their Wigmore Hall debut this year as part of the For Crying Out Loud! series.
