Join us for a heart-warming festive adventure as you and your group journey to Lapland, where the magic of Christmas comes alive in Santa's cosy grotto. This isn't just any visit - Santa needs your help! Gather round for a delightful 20-minute interactive storytelling experience, where you'll sit down with Santa himself as he shares how he's getting ready for the big night on December 24th. He's full of festive cheer, and he has a very special job for his young visitors… Once you've helped Santa with his important preparations, each family will have the chance to meet him one-on-one for a photo and receive a magical gift. Every child will receive a keepsake ornament - something to treasure, hang on the tree, and help Santa find their home year after year. Further Information Each ticket is for one child (under 16) and includes entry for one parent or guardian to join in the festive fun. Every child taking part will need their own ticket - except for our tiniest visitors! Babes in arms (up to 12 months old) are welcome free of charge and this ticket can be added during checkout. Please note, they won't receive a gift. Want to bring an extra grown-up? You can! Additional adult tickets are £5, these can be added during checkout and each child can be accompanied by up to two adults in total. This event will be hosted in our Creative Engagement Space which has been transformed into Santa's home. On arrival please go to our Box Office and speak to our friendly team who will be able to direct you to the space for your adventure to begin. Accessibility: and Content to Consider We've created a cosy, inclusive space for all - with soft mats and cushions for little ones, benches and chairs for grown-ups, and wheelchair-friendly access with space for two in each session.
