Healees (FR):

Healees was formed in Paris by American expat Bryan Quinn and Breton transplant

Renaud Chaure in 2016. Together with swedish born Hillevi Robertsson on bass

and Hugo Renaud on drums, the 4-piece blend shoegaze, new wave, noise and

Power pop into a style as mesmerizing as it is catchy.

A set of demos in 2020 led to a self-titled maxi-EP on Toulouse’s Hidden Bay Records in 2022, with a full-length LP released in october 2024 by Hidden Bay Records, Safe Suburban Home Records and Indie or Die Records. The band have shared a stage with Ride and Lorelle Meets the Obsolete amongst many other excellent bands.

Healees has been described as ‘21st-century shoegazers amazingly as great as

1988-1995’s originals” (the Big Takeover), ‘the best shoegaze band in France’

(Paris Popfest), and ‘one of the most interesting bands on the European scene in

recent years‘ (JustAnotherPopSong)!

This will be Healees fifth tour to the UK, each time playing to OSP's adoring crowds in London and we can not wait to have them back again!

“Sheer jangle-gaze brilliance from start to finish.” - Janglepophub

“The Ride-sque “White Room” is rife with echoing ringing guitars, fluent mesmeric atmospherics, driving rhythms, and soft vocal harmonies with the band’s distinctive penchant for wistful melodies.” - White Light/White Heat

Pills For Tomorrow (FR):

Pills For Tomorrow is an indie pop band with shoegaze and psychedelic overtones, hailing from Grenoble. Their music offers an alternative to painkillers-an invitation into mysticism and transcendent experiences.

Formed in 2023, the band features Nathalie Valion (vocals & lyrics), Laurent Gouviaux (guitar & composition), Fabrice Brenchenmacher (guitar & arrangements), Laurent Prost (bass), and Augustin Garnier (drums).

In 2024, the band released their debut EP “Catsle Rock.” Six tracks were recorded in April, including a cover of “Shadowplay” as a tribute to Joy Division. Their shoegaze and neo-psychedelic influences (BJM, My Bloody Valentine, Ride, Mogwai, Spacemen 3, The Black Angels...) are both clear and deliberate. Guitar riffs and vocals intertwine into swirling layers and immersive soundscapes, driven by a grooving rhythm section. A wall of sound supports delicate, strange, and ethereal voices that reflect an era where the future doesn’t always come without a pill.

Production of a new ten-track album ('The Day They Killed Morpheus') began in 2025 and the album is due for release at the end of 2026. The recording, supported by a crowdfunding campaign, took place in September 2025 in Italy under the direction of Paolo Canaglia (New Candys, Glazyhaze).

Silk (Belfast):

Silk is the new project from Virgins guitarist/songwriter, Michael Smyth, with Michael as the sole contributor in Silk, he is responsible for the writing, performing and recording of the music.

The result is a sound defined by swathes of dreamy distortion juxtaposed against beautiful shimmering passages while Michael's vocals are treated as a texture amongst the emotive soundscape. This creates a wall of sound for the listener to bathe in, equal parts heavy as it is floaty and ethereal.

"An ocean of hallucinatory resonance" - Turn Up The Volume

"Shoegaze needs bands that take risks with noise and feeling. Silk is doing both. Cementing them as one of the most essential new acts' - Static Sounds Club

"Silk are the successor to My Bloody Valentine" - Thus Blog
