Join this Eat with Ailsa cookery class for an evening of relaxed fun cooking dishes from the streets of the Sichuan province in China! In this class we will be making: Wontons Dan Dan Noodles Smacked Cucumber Salad This event is BYOB so please feel free to bring along some drinks to enjoy throughout the class! We will sit down and enjoy the food we have prepared in the session. Suitability: This class is suitable for any level of cook. Dietaries: This class can be made suitable for vegetarians.
