Hailing from Gourock, Inverclyde in Scotland, SLIX have been making waves since their 2019 debut. Having built a strong and passionate fanbase across the UK, the outfit have established themselves as one of the most exciting young bands in the current UK scene. After the release of their 2022 debut EP "Jingle Jangle", word spread fast about the absolute carnage unfolding at their shows and every date across the country was a fast sell-out, including a hometown gig in under 3 minutes and Glasgow's King Tut's in just 5 days. In 2023 they played TRSNMT festival to one of the biggest crowds of the day on the River Stage before announcing a show at McChuills in Glasgow, which sold out in under 3 minutes, matching their previous record and followed with another sell-out, this time their biggest show to date at the 600 cap Saint Lukes, Glasgow on 1 March 2024. Their infectiously energetic live presence, alternative-indie sound and relatable lyricism has fans and media buzzing for what's to come. Having been act of the week in the Scotland on Sunday and with rave reviews from the likes of CLASH magazine, Jack Saunders, BBC Introducing, Tenement TV and a recent single "With You" featured on E4's Made in Chelsea - not to mention having shared the stage with the likes of the View, having the opportunity to perform and be a part of 2023 & 2024's Wide Day's showcase and storming the stage at The Great Escape, TRNSMT and Twisterella Festivals and making their European debut at Madrid's Mad Cool Festival 2024 and Sweden's Future Echoes - it's no surprise that many predict a bright future ahead for the lads.
