Spanish Tapas Cooking Class

Join this Eat with Ailsa cookery class for an evening of relaxed fun cooking Spanish Tapas dishes. In this class we will be making:
Patatas Bravas
Berenjenas con Miel (Fried Aubergine with Honey)
Chorizo al Vino Tinto (Chorizo in Red Wine)
This event is BYOB so please feel free to bring along some drinks to enjoy throughout the class! We will sit down and enjoy the food we have prepared in the session.
This class is suitable for any level of cook and all equipment and ingredients are provided for you.
Dietaries: This class can be made suitable for vegetarians and gluten free (not coeliac). If you would like to check about any other dietaries please email [email protected]. You must state any dietaries at the time of booking so that the correct ingredients can be purchased for the class.
All classes are taking place at the Cyrenians Flavour and Haver Cook School in Leith, 10% of all proceeds will also go to supporting the Cyrenians.
