Suki Tawdry Reads

Suki Tawdry Reads is a solo, female clown show. As a lover of T.S. Eliot, Suki Tawdry expands upon ‘East Coker’, one of T.S. Eliot’s ‘Four Quartets’ in what could be seen as a highly unusual manner.
In an attempt to share her enthusiasm, coupled with bouts of pure physical comedy, she explores the emotive profundity of the text using her body. Impassioned, absurd, eccentric, Suki Tawdry is a sensitive yet forthright and expressive character who tackles the poem’s nuances with heart-felt dedication and a charming idiocy.
Picture an hour of physical comedy combined with a reading of T.S.Eliot. That’s it!
