Summer All Dayer

Summer All Dayer
The second of the monthly Fuzz Bat shows at Leith Depot happening on the third Saturday of every month. This time it's a lovely summer all dayer with eight fantastic acts. Five of whom have been confirmed and are listed below with a further three to be confirmed. The confirmed acts hail from exotic places such as Edinburgh, Düsseldorf and Glasgow.

Running order below:

Valensteïn: Lonely electronic alt-pop from Ashley of Fistymuffs/Alt Milk Records

Raiments: Avant Garde musical collective combining pop music with a punch of punk led by Mano Camatsos
"Strange and new punky punch and true, hip hop jazz blue, silly serious all the way through."

Off Brand: Improv noise duo mumbling, rummaging and scratching of all sorts with a variety of objects combined with guitar and synths to create delightful wacky sounds

Claquer: Glasgow/Edinburgh duo combining powerful and emotional spoken word with improvised guitar, loops and noises of a wide sonic palette. "Brilliant: crystal clear language, both in voice and music, politically involved and humanly resonant. Touched."

Olivia Furey: Assertive noise making/sound exploring created with spoken word, self made instruments, electric guitar and sonic manipulation experiments. May contain references about how awful the gig, audience and her manager are.

Aylin Leclaire: Folky dark atmospheric electro pop from Germany exploring other worlds and dimensions.
"tells emotionally charged stories in which her own life experiences mix with an otherworldly poetry"

The Victor Pope Experience: Post-punk Anti Pop with a touch of folk ensemble "pumping out an alternative post punk lo-fi indie anti-folk silly confusing vaguely psuedo-intellectual sound" in a special duo form just for you.

Sloth Metropolis: Musical mythology & ongoing sloth-themed rock opera told in prog, psych, folk and paper mache.
"Sloth Metropolis combines influences from the dark corners of prog, folk, doom and expansive psychedelic improvisation."
