Talk: The Black Presence in Staffordshire

Join PhD researcher, poet and storyteller Lady Gay for this session which explores the Black Presence in Staffordshire. Using Women in service, wearing their best clothes, an 1895 photograph taken in Hartshill, found in the Bramptons collection, as the starting point, she will journey through the stories and mysteries of Black and Brown people found in Staffordshires archive.
