The Ghost Train

Wick Theatre Company
Presents
The Ghost Train
by Arnold Ridley
directed by Harry Atkinson
It is 1925 on a dark storm ridden night. Take a pair of dewy eyed newlyweds, a bickering married couple, an eccentric elderly lady, and an irresponsible dandy of a man, maroon them in a remote run down railway station; throw into the mix a mysterious, irascible Station Master who warns them of the imminent arrival of the Ghost Train which always heralds the death of all who behold it, and you have the makings of a comedy thriller.
Arnold Ridleys Ghost Train has stood the test of time and is a firm favourite with actors and audiences alike. The Wick Theatre Company is pleased to present this cracking play in the play's centenary year.
