Celebrate 25 years of _The Gruffalo_ with Griffin Books!

Take a stroll through the deep dark wood to the new Belle Vue Park Pavilion and join Griffin Books for an interactive story session, party games and themed craft activity to celebrate 25 years of _The Gruffalo_! You will also have the chance to meet and have your picture taken with everyone’s favourite orange eyed creature, as The Gruffalo himself will be making a special appearance. Don't worry, he’s a lot more friendly than you’d think, and loves a selfie!

Tickets cost £6.00 per child. Parents/guardians and younger siblings under the age of one may attend free of charge but must book a free ticket. Each child ticket includes entry to the event plus a goodie bag to take home including: colouring/activity sheets, stickers and a limited-edition Gruffalo pin badge.

This event is aimed at children aged 2-5 years. Places are strictly limited, book early to avoid disappointment.

_The Gruffalo_ was written by Julia Donaldson and first published by Macmillan Children’s Books in 1999, with now iconic illustrations from Axel Scheffler.
