The Junos is a brand-new Sheffield-based musical-in-development filled with toe-tapping, hand-clapping joy. This will be a fabulous showcase of the shows music and story performed by, among others, the renowned folk musicians Kate Griffin [https://www.kategriffincreative.com/music] of Mishra Music and Bella Gaffney [https://www.bellagaffneymusic.com/] of The Magpies. The Junos is a two-woman show thats been developed with an all-woman team of Northern musicians. Its been described as being a great message of authentic empowerment by Mercury Musical Development, and New Musical Theatre declared, we loved the music this piece has bags of potential. Imagine First Aid Kit hitching a ride with Dolly Parton and Neil Diamond, and expect a fabulous blend of Country, Folk and Americana. Dont be surprised if you find yourself singing, dancing and maybe shedding a tear or two. Facilities: The Samuel Worth Chapel has a fully licensed bar selling local beers, wine and spirits. Tickets: All tickets are sold online via Ticketsource. No tickets are available on the door.
