- Gazpacho Andaluz - An Andalucian classic - tomato and summer vegetable soup - served chilled
- Gambas Pil Pil - Mediterranean prawns grilled with olive oil, garlic and a hint of chilli

Plato Principal
- Cerda Valenciana - Slow cooked Pork Shoulder in a heady combination of red wine, spices, herbs and oranges.
- Arroz con mariscos - Prawns, mussels, squid and clams, cooked gently and served on saffron rice.
