The Three Loughs

A circular walk north of the Wall , near or adjacent to three loughs and their associated nature reserves, with great views south to the Crags and Sycamore Gap from paths seldom walked.
Starting at the Sill we climb north over the line of the Wall and down into fields and pastures below it. We will circumnavigate three loughs , Crag Lough, Broomlee and Greenlee , spending time in their Nature Reserves . These paths are not often walked by tourists who walk the Wall but we will get views they dont see, and we will walk a short section of the Pennine Way as well. Note paths can be wet.
Dress for changeable weather and wear suitable footwear. Bring a packed lunch, snacks and a drink for the break.
Dogs are not permitted at this event.
