In a suburban American town riddled with secrets, three single ladies wishing for the man of their dreams get more than they bargained for in this scandalous, wicked, devil-may-care musical comedy. Alex, Sukie and Jane live in a small cookie-cutter town dominated by the fierce and not-to-be-messed with Felicia Gabriel. Wanting some excitement to spice up their lives and a break from the mundane, they wish for a man to sweep them off their feet. Little do they realise quite how far that one wish will go. Arriving in a literal flash, breaking down the white-picket fences in a whirlwind of chaos and charisma, comes the devilish Darryl Van Horne. As Horne seduces them, the three women begin to find themselves whilst exploring their powers but is Darryl really the answer to their dreams? Based on the John Updike novel and the 1987 Hollywood film of the same name, The Witches of Eastwick has been transformed into a musical comedy by John Dempsey and Dana P. Rowe. Featuring a sumptuous score with numbers such as 'Make Him Mine, Dance With The Devil and I Wish I May, this production comes flying into the Bedworth Civic Hall this June.
