The concert will feature the Wivenhoe Orchestra together with 4 members who have formed themselves into a Sax Quartet to play some pieces during the evening. They played last year and were wonderful. Also, there will be 5 musicians who have named themselves the Folk Five who will play something a little different for everybody.

The Orchestra of course will play a variety of pieces composed by Handel to Percy Grainger via Borodin and Rossini. So this year's Feast of Music (No. 9 can you believe) promises to be another lovely evening.

Young people (aged 14 and under) are very welcome at this concert and for half price. Please contact Peter Hill directly for a Young Persons ticket - [email protected]

So this is the 9th time that Pam Garland, Leader of the Wivenhoe Orchestra will perform for us in St Mary's Church with its wonderful acoustics. We look forward to them each year. Hope you can join us.
