Join this Eat with Ailsa cookery class for an evening of relaxed fun cooking Vietnamese Street Food dishes. In this class we will be making: Bun Cha (Pork Meatballs on a Noodle Salad) A.K.A. Obama Noodles! Summer Rolls Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce Satay Dipping Sauce This event is BYOB so please feel free to bring along some drinks to enjoy throughout the class! We will sit down and enjoy the food we have prepared in the session. This class is suitable for any level of cook and all equipment and ingredients are provided for you.
