Shona Halford MTDA Presents

Weans in The Woods

Shona Halford MTDA Performing Arts Centre proudly presents its spectacular annual pantomime for 2026!

Trouble is brewing in Nottingham!

The wicked Sheriff is growing richer by the day, squeezing every last penny from the poor townsfolk with his outrageous taxes. But his most dastardly scheme is yet to come.

Recently orphaned Pip and Penny are heirs to a vast fortune and now that they have been placed in the Sheriff's care, he is plotting to get his greedy hands on their inheritance and marry the beautiful Maid Marion into the bargain!

Standing in his way are the brave and dashing Robin Hood and his band of Merry Men, the fearsome Nanny Coddle, Dangerous Dave Knave the world's most unlikely wannabe outlaw and one very overworked Fairy!

Can our heroes protect Pip and Penny, save Maid Marion and put an end to the Sheriff's villainous plans? Or will Nottingham fall into his wicked hands forever?

Expect plenty of laughter, adventure, music, mayhem and all the traditional panto fun you know and love!
